SIA Unda is a long-standing and tradition-rich high-quality fish product manufacturer. Today, our products are sold in more than 20 countries, and we continue to explore new markets. To further the company's growth and ensure even higher-level collaboration with existing partners and foster the acquisition of new export markets, we are inviting an experienced Sales and Customer Relations Manager to join our team.

DUTIES:
- Increase sales volumes in existing and new markets and achieve set sales targets
- Organize and conduct B2B negotiations, represent the company's interests
- Control the settlement process, delivery issues, order compliance (assortment, volume, delivery schedule, quality), and complaints
- Documentation processing and registration in the CRM system
- Strengthen the company's image and promote brand recognition
- Confidently and qualitatively represent the brand and company at international exhibitions and trade missions
- Maintain and improve the existing customer relationship management system
- Timely and professionally address customer requests/inquiries
- Participate in the development of strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in all represented markets
- Prepare and present reports on work results
